We offer intentional meditation classes designed to help you on your journey back to self. Meditation can help reduce stress, enhance focus & concentration, heightened self-awareness, promote emotional balance, strengthen the mind, body, spirit connection to name a few.

Crystal Sound Bowls tuned to 432hz - the frequency of Earth are used during all sessions. Techniques such as visualization, aromatherapy and other sensory practices may also be called in.

No prior meditation experience is required to participate. All humans are welcome. The Mindful Lab is a safe space, whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore the depths of your being.

Remember that meditation is a personal experience, and there is no right or wrong way to do it. The key is to cultivate a sense of curiosity, patience, and self-compassion throughout the process.
