Our Community Sunrise Yoga & Sound Bath is back, hosted by The Mindful Lab and Evolve Strength Brentwood.

Join us on the rooftop for a morning of movement and stillness. An all-levels yoga flow to open the body, followed by a sound bath with crystal bowls to settle the mind.
